Condorito holds a special place in my heart. At a time when there weren't many projects in Spain, the opportunity to work in Peru came at just the right moment. Though the adventure was risky, the chance to build a studio from scratch and help produce a film like Manager was too tempting to pass up. Following the strategy from Metegol, we hired talented young individuals eager to prove themselves to oversee areas and recruited the best local talent to establish a studio and produce a film in under two years. In Peru, I met my wife Alessandra and lived there for five years. I consider it my second home; going to work there was one of the best decisions of my life.
